Domestic uses of bleach




To disinfect floors and surfaces

After washing, add 3 glasses of 12° bleach per bucket (300 mL in 5 liters of water), allow to act for 5 minutes.
The rinse is obligatory only for coloured grounds.
The use of 2 plastic buckets is recommended, one for the cleaning product and the other for the rinse.

For bathtubs and sinks without marks

Put pure 12° bleach on marks and rinse after 5 minutes.

In the case of stubborn marks, wet a piece of absorbent paper and put it on the mark for the night.
If your bathtub is coloured, you should follow the process to avoid discolouring it.

To deodorize and disinfect the fridge

Make a mixture composed of 1/2 a glass (50 mL) of 12° bleach per liter of water, rub, and allow to act for 10 minutes. Rinse well.

To make the mould in your balcony or garden slabs disappear

Prepare bleached water, half water and half 12°bleach, in a bucket. Put on the greenish area, and then rub using a push broom.
Repeat this process the same day for best results.

To disinfect and deodorize WC, sanitary equipments and canalizations

Dilute a glass of 12° bleach (100 mL) in a liter of water then put the mixture in the canalization.

For washbasins, make the bleached water (100 mL in 5 liters of water), spill out by the overflow and after 10 minutes, put clean water.

To disinfect and deodorize tableware and cleaning equipments.

Prepare a basin composed as follows:

1 tablespoon of 12° bleach per 5 liters of water. Wash your tableware as usual, rinse it, then soak it in a basin for 5 minutes and rinse again. Do not forget to make so with your sponges.
